Le Gypaete

On the heights of the listed village of Bonneval sur Arc, l'Ouille du Midi is a beautiful country house comprising 3 gites. A short walk along a path between the houses takes you to the shops, restaurants and ski lifts.

The owners' house with the 3 gites is located on the hillside, the last house at the top of the village road. The bay windows in the living room offer a beautiful view of the village and surrounding mountains. This bright, well-equipped gite is ideal for getting together with friends, comfortably seated in front of the fireplace, or relaxing on the south-facing terrace. In winter, a shuttle bus runs to Bessans, a village 8 km away that can also be reached by cross-country skiers.

Garden-level gite (in summer, independent access from outside with private parking in front of the gite / in winter, access from the top of the house on the road side with a shared 3-level interior staircase to descend) comprising : entrance with private ski room, living room-kitchen-lounge area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms (2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 single drawer bed 90x190 cm / 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm and 1 single bed 90x190 cm / 2 double beds 140x190 cm), bathroom (bath), shower room, 2 separate WCs. Private grassy terrace. Laundry shared by all 3 gites on 2nd floor. Possibility of unloading car in front of the house, then free public parking 250 m down the road.
