Elevated first floor (independent access via 7 steps): entrance hall, living room/kitchen/lounge area (2-person convertible sofa 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom with access via two steps, separate WC. Private gravel terrace at the rear of the Holiday cottage. Shared carport and grounds. Piscine shared (5 x 10 m, depth: 1.50 m) with owners under certain conditions (no free access), unheated. Petanque court and ping-pong table available.
