Away from the crowds and traffic jams, the gentle way of life in a region with a thousand facets! Where? In the Albanais region, between the 2 lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, well worth a visit for nature lovers and hikers.
In the owners' house, independent access (via a few outside steps). 1 parking space next to the gîte. Living room with kitchenette (1 x 2-person 140x190 cm bunk bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person 140x190 cm bed), bathroom (shower and toilet), small balcony, private terrace and large staircase garden shared with the owners.

Cécile Semaine à St Germain la Chambotte
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte très équipé et à proximité des lacs du Bourget et d'Annecy. Les propriétaires ont su être très chaleureux, source de bonnes adresses mais aussi discrets. Nous recommandons vivement !

What a beautiful place! Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and even stayed up late to let us in to the gite since our arrival was delayed. The gite was impeccable and had everything you need for a short stay. Throughout our stay, our hosts were there to help us with some things, for example ordering a taxi, because our french was not good enough! We would highly highly recommend the gite to anyone who wants to explore this part of France and loves the peace and quiet. You definitely need to hire a car.
