After renovating their first gite a few years ago, Dominique, Françoise and their children have just made their dream come true by completing the renovation of a second gite in this family chalet. It's a superb achievement, where each room is individually designed, and where young and old alike will find their own space for a quality stay!

Set against the mountains, this wooden chalet, typical of the region, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In winter, a free shuttle bus (700 m away) takes you to the ski slopes 2.5 km from Hauteluce 1650-Val Joly /Contamines-Montjoie, or 5.5 km to Hauteluce / Les Saisies-espace Mont-Blanc. A leisure center with children's playground, tennis court and fishing lake is just 600 m away. Cross-country skiing and water park at Les Saisies 13 km away.

Holiday cottage on 2 levels, in a chalet comprising a garden-level gite (access via a sloping path for 50 m, passable in summer). First floor, raised from the parking lot (independent access from outside), comprising a living room/kitchen/lounge area with connected TV (with your access codes for Netflix, Prime Video... ), wood-burning stove (wood supplied for the 1st fire), front balcony, 2 bedrooms ("Vache": 1 double bed 140x190 cm; 1 Kids bed convertible into 1 single bed 90x190 cm; private bathroom (bath) - "Edelweiss": 1 double bed 140x200 cm, 1 single bed 90x200 cm, with private shower room, open onto the bedroom), shower room (shower, washbasin and WC). 1st floor: mezzanine with children's play area, 2 under-roof bedrooms ("Kids" 3 single beds 90x200 cm / "Coutume": 1 double bed 140x200 cm; 1 single bed 90x90 cm). Outdoor area (electric barbecue). Garage off main road (1 car).
