Detached house on 3 levels (entrance by 3 steps from the road or garden level below the road). 1st floor: entrance, living room/kitchen/lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm, which can be combined to form 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom (bath), separate WC. 2nd floor: mezzanine with access to living room (tatami mats on floor). Garden level: entrance, 2 bedrooms (4 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room, separate WC. Balcony-terrace + grounds. Parking for 3 cars in front of the Chalet, except when it snows (snowplow).
