Le Chalet De Seez

Located in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise region, surrounded by famous winter sports resorts such as Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère and Sainte Foy Tarentaise, Séez is a mountain village with a long tradition of craftsmanship. It is linked to the international San Bernardo area (La Rosière/ La Thuile d'Aoste) by the Ecudets chairlift, located 6 kilometers from the village center. In summer, Séez opens up to Italy via the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard, to the Beaufortain via the Cormet de Roselend and to the Maurienne via the Col de l'Iseran. At the gateway to the Parc National de la Vanoise, this village offers a multitude of hiking trails to discover the region.

Recent chalet just outside Bourg Saint Maurice, on the way to the ski resorts. Refined mountain decor, combining natural materials and contemporary touches. With its furs and blankets, it's a real cosy nest. The living areas are bright and well exposed. With its central island, the kitchen is convivial and offers an unobstructed view of the valley and the Tarentaise mountains.

Entrance with separate WC, living room-kitchen. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm). Shower room and separate WC. South-west-facing garden and north-facing gravel terrace, through balcony on the side of the house. Basement with storage (sports equipment), wood store, extra fridge and washing machine (with temporary staircase). Raised door sill and openings to the outside.
