The story of Le Chalet de Manelou is the story of a childhood dream. Sébastien's dream of finding a chalet to renovate here in the Haute-Maurienne, to offer his family and their guests the view that has been the backdrop to his vacations for so many years. Thanks to Chloé's imagination, their project came to fruition here in Saint-André, in this house of atypical proportions, tastefully fitted out in keeping with the original materials. Chalet set in lush greenery with magnificent mountain views. You're at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park and 10 km from the Orelle gondola to discover the 3 Valleys ski area. Many other top ski areas are nearby (Aussois, La Norma , Valfréjus).
Holiday cottage with separate entrance: kitchen-dining/living area with fireplace. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm + 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm on mezzanine) with shower and washbasin. 1 bathroom (bath) with washing machine and tumble dryer. 1 separate WC. On a half-level: dormitory with 3 alcoves (2 single beds 90x200, 1 single bed 90x200) + 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200). Pleasantly shaded private terrace with panoramic Mountain views. Public parking in the hamlet.

Nester88 Formidable séjour !
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Sébastien. Tout était parfait. La maison authentique et atypique a convenu à tous: parents grands-parents et enfants ! Nous les parents de 3 garçons de 8, 10 et 12 ans, avons dormi dans une alcôve. Certes, il nous fallait nous baisser un peu, mais nous avions l'impression d'être dans une cabane, et c'était vraiment très sympa ! Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être coincés pendant une journée le 17 avril dans le gîte sous 80 cm de neige tombée durant la nuit. La cheminée, et l'ancienne cuisinière à bois nous ont permis de nous chauffer et de manger pendant une grosse coupure d'électricité. Un moment hors du temps inoubliable avec ballade en skis de fond et construction d'un igloo devant le gîte par les enfants.

Lc gîte très bien équipé et avec du cachet
Gite très propre et bien équipé. Belle rénovation.
Propriétaire et personne en charge de l"accueil très agréables.
Assez de place et parking devant le gîte. Le seul bémol est la hauteur sous plafond des chambres-alcoves mais le reste est nickel.

Janou Un gite confortable
Un super séjour à 1400 m d'altitude dans un endroit calme.Juste une remarque sur la hauteur de plafond pour accéder aux chambres, nos adolescents se sont cognés plusieurs fois (pour des plus petits c'est parfait !) et il manque un terrain clos autour du gite si l'on vient avec un chien comme c'était notre cas.
