Detached house on 3 levels and half-levels. 1st floor (opening onto terrace): living room/kitchen, sitting room with fireplace, Wifi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 shower room (Italian shower/WC - adapted for people with reduced mobility), separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 electric double bed, 1 single bed 110 x 200 cm), bathroom (shower/WC). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed, 1 single bed + 1 single bed in mezzanine with ladder access), 1 bedroom with bath (2 single beds 110 x 200 + 1 single mattress 110 x 200 cm in mezzanine with ladder access). Mezzanine overlooking living room. Table soccer. Terrace and grounds. Wood-burning sauna (wood-burning stove) in garden (changing room 5 m away). Parking at the entrance to the hamlet 50 m away, with car unloading possible in front of the gite. If linen is rented, beds are made up on arrival.
