Not far from the hiking trails in summer and the ski slopes of Les Saisies in winter, the Beaufortain offers a wide range of activities. The little extra: a breathtaking view of the famous Mont Blanc Massif from the swimming pool.

Just a few steps from the center of Hauteluce and 500m from the Chozal gondola lift, the "Lapiere" gîte is ideal for enjoying mountain vacations all year round. Located next door to the owners' house, the latter have completely renovated this former family home, which includes two other gîtes. Close to the shops and all amenities, what better way to avoid using your car and do everything on foot in summer and winter alike!

House comprising 4 Holiday cottages on several levels. On the 1st floor, access by a few steps. Living room opening onto balcony, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 x 140x190 cm double bed / 2 x 90x190 cm single bunk beds + 1 x 140x190 cm double sofa bed / 1 x 160x190 cm double bed), 2 bathrooms (shower + WC). Private grass terrace below Holiday cottage. Shared garden and Piscine. Private parking. Firewood included. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning to be arranged directly with owners. Pets on request, subject to owners' agreement.
