Superb contemporary chalet located 400 m from the Peisey/Les Arcs televillage. On a slope overlooking the Rosuel valley. Very comfortable. Pleasant contemporary style. High-quality equipment. Beautiful terrace, partly sheltered, landscaped and planted with flowers. Unobstructed view of the valley and mountains.
Gite in the owners' house. First floor (independent access via outside staircase): living room/kitchen/lounge area, Wifi connection, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has no opening to the outside but a small window in the second day (1 double bed / 2 single beds), shower room, separate WC. Sheets and household linen included. Beds made up on arrival. Housework included. Sheltered terrace. Small plot. Televillage ski link Peisey / Paradiski 400 m away.

Arnaud Gite sympa,hors des cohuts à 10 m des pistes
Gites sympa et bien situé, le propriétaire ne le mentionne pas mais il y avait un service à fondue et un appareil a raclette, cela evite d'apporter le votre comme nous l'avons fait... L'appartement est bien à 400 metres de la telecabine qui vous emmène sur le domaine skiable Peisey-Valandry les Arcs avec connexion par telepherique au domaine de la Plagne- le domaine ski Nordique plus loing dans la vallée avec navette gratuite est magnifique pour les promenades à pieds ou en ski de fond.... seul hic belle photo d'une Nespresso mais il n'y en a pas ! cafetiere classique ! Apportez la votre ! nous reviendrons avec plaisir sans souci !! Merci

Menno Very goe appartment for a good price
Excellent appartement. Nous étions deux et avions donc beaucoup d'espace.
La maison était propre, bien équipée, moderne et dotée d'un chauffage au sol réglable pièce par pièce. Très confortable.
L'accueil était chaleureux et clair.
Les deux chambres étaient juste assez grandes pour accueillir deux lits chacune. Pour un grand Hollandais, c'était tout juste.
Devant l'entrée, il y avait un grand porche couvert avec suffisamment de place pour 4 personnes ou plus et une belle vue sur les montagnes, le village et la vallée.
Devant la maison, une petite route escarpée menait à la boulangerie, au supermarché et à un restaurant (que nous n'avons pas fréquenté, donc je ne peux pas donner mon avis). Après les chutes de neige, la route était généralement trop glissante et il fallait marcher 400 mètres de plus, à travers le village.
L'emplacement par rapport aux remontées mécaniques était excellent, à environ 500 mètres à pied d'un petit téléski qui vous emmenait aux grandes remontées mécaniques de Vallandry.
Dans l'ensemble, un très bon emplacement pour un prix raisonnable.

La propriétaire étant absente, nous avons été accueilli par sa maman. Le gite est très agréable et bien équipé. La vue depuis la terrasse est très belle, nous avons aimé le site et le bruit du torrent situé en fond de vallée.
Nous sommes plus réservés quand à la propreté du logement (frigo, évier, cheveux ...), attention à qui vous confiez le ménage en votre absence...la perfection se cache dans les détails.

Christian Wonderful Gîte, Beautiful Valley
We had a wonderful stay at the Gîte in Peisey-Nancroix. Everything was perfect – very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large garden where the kids could play, and beautiful views in a magnificent setting. The valley is spectacular, and the entrance to the Vanoise National Park at Rosuel is simply stunning. Our children also had a great time playing with the owners’ dog and two cats.
