Situated in a residential area, this gite is within easy walking distance of the lake beach (about half an hour), the city center (bus stop 300 m away) or the surrounding area. A successful renovation with beautiful beams and exposed stone walls, the beautiful decorative fireplace, combining modernity and the cachet of an old bourgeois house. Parking is available either on the street in front of the house or inside the property.
Triplex gite located in a house on the first floor (independent access from outside): kitchen and dining room. 1st floor: shower room (shower and WC), living room with TV (2-person 140x190 cm sofa bed, Bluetooth speaker) including mezzanine (1-person 160x200 cm double bed with memory foam mattress). Gravel terrace. Private outdoor space 300 m².

MJP Confortable et idéalement situé au calme
Très bel appartement indépendant confortable, situé au calme dans un parc arboré, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants, les pistes cyclables et piétonnières sont à proximité ainsi que la forêt.

Nikalo Super semaine à Aix
Superbe gîte entiérement amenagé par le propriétaire. L’endroit est très propre, tout y est pour passer une super semaine. L’avantage du gîte est sa situation par rapport au lac. Si vous avez des vélos, tout peut se faire sans la voiture que l’on peut laisser dans le jardin de la location.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants, nous donne des conseils de visite.

Caschou Avis Gîte La Sapinette juillet 2024
Gîte confortable et très bien situé par rapport au Lac du Bourget. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, qui ont été à l’écoute et de très bon conseil concernant notamment les possibilités de balades à proximité. Excellent séjour, merci !

Michaël Excellent séjour à la Sapinette
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Sapinette. La location, récemment rénovée est très propre, bien agencée, fonctionnelle et ordonnée. Nous pouvons profiter d'un espace du jardin très agréable ainsi que de la possibilité de se garer dans la cour fermée très spacieuse. De surcroit, l'accueil des propriétaires est excellent; Parfait équilibre entre présence bienveillante, nombreux conseils touristiques et discrétion.
