La Pastourelle 3

Welcome to Bonneval sur Arc, France's most beautiful village! You'll be staying in a building with the traditional stonework and lauze roofs that characterize village buildings, close to the slopes (150m from the Vallonnet chairlift), the trails and the marmots! La Pastourelle 3 has a lovely terrace and adjoining grounds, with direct access to the ski lifts and ski-in ski-out.

La Pastourelle, a former hotel turned gîte, is located at the foot of the slopes. It offers spacious, comfortable apartments with a soothing, unobstructed view of the ski area (from where you can hear the Arc humming below). Its atypical layout and south-facing aspect allow you to benefit from a pleasantly exposed living room with a fireplace.

Chalet comprising 3 gîtes and the owners' home. 1 private parking space, cleared of snow in winter. Ground-floor apartment: access from reception (parking/street level) via a staircase leading down 3 flights, then ground-level apartment. Living room-kitchen with terrace and shared grounds, 3 bedrooms (1 x 160x200 cm double bed / 2 x 80x200 cm single beds that can be combined to form 1 x 160x200 cm double bed / 2 x 90x190 cm single bunk beds), shower room, separate toilet. Shared ski room with shoe dryer.
