The region lends itself to superb walking and Hiking, particularly in the Bauges and Aravis massifs, as well as on the many cycling and mountain bike trails that criss-cross the villages. Nearby lakes offer a wide range of water sports such as swimming, kayaking, sailing and paddle-boarding, while ski resorts such as Le Semnoz, La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand are less than an hour away, allowing you to enjoy the mountains in winter. This Holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the Savoie region, with its lakes, mountains and picturesque Albanian villages.

After 3 steps: bathroom (bath), access to laundry room with washing machine and freezer. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm opening onto a balcony / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), separate WC. Paved terrace. Garden and courtyard. Private parking directly opposite the house. Bike and sports equipment storage.
