Situated 4 km from the resort-village of La Féclaz, this country house on the edge of a small road enjoys a magnificent panoramic view. Its terrace, equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, is an invitation to relax and contemplate, while the children enjoy the vast natural grounds.
Holiday cottage in a Semi-detached house. Independent access via outside staircase (6 steps). Living room-kitchen-lounge area (pull-out sofa with 2 single beds 90x190 cm), pellet stove (manual refill). Via 5 steps from the living room, access to separate WC, shower room (oudche), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 2 bunk beds 80x190 cm, 2 single beds 80 x 190 cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 160 x 190 cm). Terrace and grounds. Private parking (3 spaces). Cellar used as ski and bike room.

Vivvie Très agréable
Beau gîte agréable, bien équipé, une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une belle vue ce qui est très appréciable.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, serviables et nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse.

Pauline Gite très agréable
Le gîte est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien agencé. Le poêle chauffe vite la grande pièce de séjour, qui est lumineuse et plaisante. L'emplacement est idéal pour randonner et skier, nous avons apprécié de trouver au gîte des supports pour recharger les forfaits en ligne, ce qui nous a évité de faire la queue. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, prévennants, et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons vivement.

COPAT SEJOUR AGREABLE
Le gîte est très sympa, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil tous les jours pour nos balades. Le soir, nous avons apprécié le poêle à pellets très facile d'utilisation, pour nous réchauffer. Belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue sur les montagnes.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, réactifs et arrangeants.

Au plus près de la nature, à proximité de sentiers de randonnée de difficulté facile à technique, ce gîte au confort très satisfaisant permet un séjour agréable et reposant.
