On the 1st floor of an annex to the owners' house (accessed via an outside staircase): large 46 m2 sheltered terrace, living room with sitting area, kitchen on the 2nd level (accessed via a few steps) with dining area and shower room (shower and WC). 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with second-day windows (1 x 160 x 200 cm double bed). Shared plot. Access to the Beach 500 m away via a small path. No opaque blinds for sleeping in the living room, due to the atypical architecture of the building.
