Individual alpine chalet with summer access via a 900 m gravel road, winter access only by snowshoes or cross-country skis. Chalet on 2 levels: first floor: living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double sofa bed). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a mezzanine bedroom (2 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Gas-fired water heater, solar-panel electricity, wood-burning stove (wood included), oil-fired auxiliary heating. Large flat plot of land around the chalet. Pleasant landscaped outdoor space. Bikes can be stored in the adjoining barn, and snowshoes can be rented from the cross-country ski club.
