First floor (access via 2 steps): entrance, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc, laundry room, garden access with outdoor dining area and summer kitchen (sink, fridge). 1st floor: large living room with lounge/kitchen and balcony, small lounge/gaming room, separate wc. 2 private parking spaces in front of the Chalet. Play area not adjoining the Chalet. Ski and bike room.
