Exposed beams and roof timbers add charm to the rooms, making this an atypical place. The 90m² living room and 40m² covered terrace make it the perfect place to gather with family or friends. Beautiful outdoor space with unobstructed views over the valley and the village of Saint-Nicolas.
3-storey gite located in a chalet with other year-round accommodation on the first floor. Nous avons réservés ce chalet pour une durée de deux semaines, 3 couples, une personne seule,3 enfants et un bébé.
Tout d'abord, le logement est idéal pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes d'amis ! :)
Nous avons chacun notre chambre, deux salles de bains et deux WC très pratique au quotidien !
La pièce de vie est idéale ! Grande superficie, spacieuse et aérée, même au quotidien personne ne se marche dessus,la véranda est un gros plus !
Concernant les literies, elles sont de qualité !
La cuisine est suffisamment équipée, des petits électroménager bien pratique.
L'accès par le logement via l'entrée est pratique pour y laisser chaussures, jeux etc..Flumet / Saint Nicolas la Chapelle est un lieu ou il fait bon vivre ! Ce lieu reste familiale, le lac, boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché, bar, restaurant, commerces... Et les nombreuses animations, tout est fait pour y passer un agréable moment.
Enfin, Laurence est une hôte très agréable, sympathique et disponible. On s'est senti comme chez nous dès les premières heures !

A relouer, l'hébergement est très adapté pour des famille recomposée ou de grand groupe avec plusieurs chambre très confortable une grande pièce de vie dans un très beau cachet savoyard.
