On the heights of the commune of Epersy (Entrelacs), this contemporary-style detached house is next door to the owner's home. In the heart of the countryside, it's easily accessible from the freeway, with shops and services close by. The living room with large picture windows opens onto the south-facing gravel terrace.

Detached house on one level: living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double sofa bed), bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (walk-in shower and heated towel rail with Bluetooth connection), separate toilet. Super séjour

Gîte super agréable avec calme et tout confort. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Proche d'Aix Les Bains, Lac du Bourget et Annecy. Très jolie vue sur la Dent Du Chat. Je recommande vivement ce Gîte.

Excellent séjour

Gîte très récent, très bien équipé avec mobilier et électroménager de qualité .
Très bien décoré, on se sent comme à la maison dès les premiers instants .
A 10 min d'aix les bains et du lac du bourget et à 25 min des pistes de ski .
Petits et grands ont adoré le séjour .
