Just a few kilometers away, the ski areas of La Giettaz / Évasion Mont-Blanc, Megève, Combloux, La Clusaz and Chamonix offer a multitude of varied itineraries, suitable for all levels. In summer, the Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for Hiking, Mountain biking and Cycling tours to the most famous passes in the Alps, as well as a host of outdoor activities such as Swimming at the Flumet Lake (4 km), Fishing, Paragliding and Farmers' Markets. Nestled between the Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Aravis and Mountain ranges, this is a place that combines nature, comfort and authenticity, with furnished terraces, balconies offering beautiful views of the mountains, and all amenities within walking distance.

Access via a small stone staircase. 1st floor: kitchen (access to the large terrace from the balcony), small living room, 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony (Les Gueux: 1 double bed 140x190 cm / La Combe: 2 twin single beds 80x190 cm), bathroom (bath), PMR shower room (shower + wc), separate wc, checkroom. Private parking in courtyard (2 spaces). Bed linen and towels can be rented from the owner.
