La Cigale et la Fourmi, a character-filled guest house located 700 meters from Lac du Bourget, offers 2 rooms and a gîte in the main house, as well as a Tiny house. Take advantage of the many outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool with its landscaped beach, the Giant Power 4, children's games and the large, beautifully landscaped garden.
Experience the tiny house at La Cigale et la Fourmi! This eco-friendly little wooden house has been revisited at Morgane, where it makes its home. Its assets include an adjoining wooden terrace, a small private garden, access to the guest house swimming pool and its ideal location 700 meters from Lac du Bourget, with a multitude of activities nearby (downhill and cross-country skiing, water sports, thermal baths...).
Detached wood-frame tiny house, set back in the owners' garden (guest house with 2 bedrooms and a gîte in the owners' house). Parking in front of the property. Access via 2 steps. Bedroom (1 double bed 140x200 cm) with kitchenette (microwave, induction hob, sink and small fridge) and TV, shower room (shower and toilet). Air-conditioning. Private terrace and adjoining private garden, shared Piscine (open from June 1 to September 30). Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable).

Die Eigentümerin, Morgane Fontaine, ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!
Immer da, wenn man Sie braucht und trotzdem diskret.
Das Tiny-House ist der geeignete Ort um abzuschalten, ohne auf den gewohnten Komfort zu verzichten.
Klimaanlage, WiFi, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche & WC, Balkon, Liegestühle, Kochmöglichkeit und angenehme Terrasse.
Bestens geeignet mit Hund, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist.
Der - durch Solarenergie beheizte - Pool ist eine Freude.
Die Nähe zum See und den vielen, guten Restaurants ist ideal für Geniesser.
Wir haben für nächstes Jahr bereits für Frühling und Herbst gebucht.
Morgane ist übrigens auch eine vorzügliche Köchin - sie bietet nebst Frühstück auch ein Dreigangmenü an.

Diskret, aber da wenn man sie braucht.
Die ganze Anlage kann nur empfohlen werden.
Sauber und modern. Nahe am See und unweit des Zentrums. Hundefreundlich, Garten eingezäunt.

Le lieux parfait pour profiter de son séjour à Aix les bains.
À 5 min à pied du lac, 10 min en voiture pour faire des randonnées en forêt avec des belvédères magnifique.
Petit nid douillet pour 2 avec un accueil au Top.
