Carefully renovated country house in the heart of nature, 200m from cross-country ski trails. Pleasant, unspoilt setting in a beautiful clearing on the edge of the forest. Very comfortable. Warm mountain atmosphere. Very cozy. Lots of charm and character. Vast shared terrace (120m²) facing south. Landscaped grounds with swimming pool.

2 Holiday cottages in the owner's house. First floor + 1st floor: 2 living rooms with kitchenette, 6 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 cm / 8 single beds 90x190 cm), 2 shower rooms, 2 separate WCs, shared washing machine. Billiard room and table soccer shared with the other Holiday cottage. Sports hall in a small chalet (treadmill, elliptical). Shared Piscine (from 01/07 to 31/08. PAID access: Relaxation area (sauna + Hammam + Spa: details to be confirmed with the owner - access to the Spa all year round except during summer school vacations)). Terrace + grounds.

    Superbe !

    Parfait ! Tout était identique à la présentation. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable , des propriétaires très sympathiques et disponible avant / pendant le séjour. Super spa / sauna / hammam ! : je recommande !

    Le gite est vieillissant mais agréable.Nous pensions pouvoir profiter d'une grande salle comme indiquée sue le site surtout que nous etions 10 . Mais on nous a simplement proposer 2 gîtes qui communiquent. Au final celà était non adapté au groupe car manger à 10 dans une seule pièce prévue pour 5 personnes cela signifie que l'on ne tourne pas autour de la table.. En ce qui concerne la vaisselle et équipements cuisine tres bien..très complet. Attention , l'acces des chambres à l'étage se fait par un escalier tres raide. Les 2 chambres sur chaque étages sont trop exigües pour 2 lits de 90 Pas de toilette à l'étage.Aucune insonorisation.
    Chauffage ; eau chaude aucun souci... Nous recommandons ce gîte mais en connaissance des inconvénients cités. La prestation Hamamm jacouzzi et sauna au top

    Chalet convivial dans les Bauges

    Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille grâce à l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, à l'aménagement du chalet (nous étions 16 : 11 répartis dans le grand gîte, lui même composé de 2 appartements attenants et 5 dans l'autre gîte), à l'équipement mis à disposition. Rien ne manquait: barbecue, plancha, vaste terrasse,
    salle de musculation, salle avec babyfoot, billard, piscine chauffée (en Septembre), spa (en option payante)
    Une adresse que nous retenons et recommandons! MERCI!
