This former mill in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Bauges has had a number of different lives, but is now run as 2 adjoining gîtes. Comfortably furnished in a warm, mountain style, the Rochette gîte features a shaded terrace for relaxing, 3 bedrooms with flexible layouts, a large games or meeting room with table soccer and table tennis, and a wellness area where you can enjoy a sauna or spa session. The Rochette gîte is adjoining and communicates with the Lanchette gîte. Downhill and cross-country skiing at Aillon Le Jeune (15 km) and Margériaz (15 km). Lescheraines lake and leisure center 8.8 km away.

A holiday cottage adjoining another unit (with which it may be connected), located next to the owners' home. Private parking at the entrance to the property (3 vehicles). Spread over 2 levels (ground-level access from the terrace/path). On the 1st floor: living room with kitchenette (stove not in working order) and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with a private accessible bathroom (2 single beds that can be joined together, 90x200 cm – accessible shower + toilet), separate toilet. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds that can be joined together 90x200 cm / 2 single beds that can be joined together 90x200 cm), bathroom (shower + toilet). Ground floor: large shared gaming room/meeting room and Wellbeing area with Spa, Sauna, and shower (access by time slot per holiday cottage; to be arranged with the owner). Large shared, unfenced yard. Level access to the ground floor of the holiday cottage (living area + 1 bedroom with shower and toilet) as well as to the gaming room/meeting room via the garden.
