This former mill in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Bauges has had a number of different lives, but is now run as 2 adjoining gîtes. Comfortably furnished in a warm, mountain style, the Lanchette gîte features a shaded terrace for relaxing, 3 bedrooms with flexible layouts, a vast games or meeting room with table soccer and ping-pong table, and a wellness area where you can enjoy a sauna or spa session. The Rochette gîte is adjoining and communicates with the Lanchette gîte. Downhill and cross-country skiing at Aillon Le Jeune (15 km) and Margériaz (15 km). Lescheraines lake and leisure center 8.8 km away.

A holiday cottage adjoining another rental property (with which it can be connected), located next to the owners' home. Private parking at the entrance to the property (3 vehicles). On 2 levels. On the 1st floor (level access from the terrace and the path): living room-dining area-kitchenette (stove not usable) with access to the terrace, 1 bedroom (3 single beds that can be joined to form a 90x200 cm bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds that can be joined to form 90x200 cm beds / 2 single beds that can be joined to form 90x200 cm beds), bathroom (shower + toilet).
