Renovated former barn located 18km from the Aillon Margériaz ski slopes. This former mill in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Bauges has had a number of different lives, but is now run as two adjoining Holiday cottages that have been combined to form one large gîte. Comfortably furnished in a warm, mountain style, it features a shaded terrace where you can relax, 6 bedrooms with flexible layouts, a vast gaming room or meeting room with table soccer and ping-pong table, and a Wellbeing area where you can enjoy a sauna or Spa session. The Holiday cottage is located next to the owners' house. Alpine skiing at Margériaz 18 km away. Lake and Base de loisirs at Lescheraines 8.8 km away.

Two adjoining holiday cottages combined into one large holiday cottage for 15 people with 6 bedrooms. The two holiday cottages are connected internally, are spread over two levels, and feature a large terrace. All beds can be pushed together:
Lanchette: On the first floor: living room with kitchenette (stove not in use) and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 90x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (shower + toilet).
Rochette: On the 1st floor: living room with kitchenette and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with private accessible bathroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm - accessible shower + toilet), separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (3 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), bathroom (shower + toilet).
Ground floor: gaming room/meeting room and wellbeing area (Spa, Sauna, and shower). Unfenced property. Level access to the ground floor of the holiday cottage and to the gaming room/meeting room. Private parking at the entrance to the property (6 vehicles).
