At the top of the hamlet of La Grange, semi-detached house with 2 balconies and 1500 m² of land. Beautiful renovation of this spacious gite, with unobstructed mountain views. Skis and bikes can be stored in the basement cellar. Sloping street parking for one car. Shops and supermarket open all year round, in Aigueblanche 7 km away.
Gite on 2 levels, in the house adjoining that of the owners. Raised first floor (level access from the road) comprises a living room/kitchen, a sitting room opening onto a balcony, separate toilet (washbasin). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with balcony (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 80x190 cm), shower room (shower and WC). Laundry room in basement cellar, with access from outside (washing machine, dryer, freezer). Garden (access via stairs from balcony).

Les propriétaires sont charmants, le logement décoré avec goût, on peut profiter d'une belle flambée, emplacement idéalement calme.
La navette pour la station est à 3 mn à pied.

Pasifae Très agréable séjour
Nous étions les premiers à profiter de ce gîte en été. Ce logement est vaste, superbement rénové et bien agencé. Il bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires et d'une bonne literie. Les propriétaires qui logent à côté sont discrets, à l'écoute et accueillants et de bon conseil pour les balades. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans réserves.
