Renovated 1831 farmhouse 1.5km from Orelle cable car to Val-Thorens/3 Vallées. Charming, quiet residential hamlet on the edge of the Forest. South-facing slope. Good comfort. Pleasant outdoor space with tiered, shady, flower-filled garden. Beautiful unobstructed view of the valley and mountains. Small grocery store in village. Shops and services in St Michel de Maurienne (8 km) or Modane (11 km).
Holiday cottage in the owner's house. Access from the parking lot via a staircase on the side of the slope for 50 m. Holiday cottage on 2nd floor of the house, but on a single level as it is on a slope, comprising: living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm; 1 double bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC. Terrace. Garden with deckchairs. Bed linen and towels included; Beds made on arrival. Public parking lot 50 m away or private parking lot 100 m away (for 2 cars), at the entrance to the hamlet.

Bethan Very lovely gite
The gite was perfect. It’s in a beautiful position with amazing views and so quiet and peaceful. It’s was very comfortable and warm with lots of space. There is a small shop and ski bus stop five minutes walk away through the lower garden. I would recommend it. The owner was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and I would like to thank him for a lovely break and the welcome gifts.

JohnMackey Charming Alpine Gite
We had lovely stay in the hamelet of Le Teppey at the Gite de la Biche.
We were warmly welcomed by our charming host, who showed us were everything was. The gite was fully equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay, all the better for having a a terrace and small garden where we could enjoy the spring sunshine.
it was just a short walk to the bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the cable car.

Mrs K Family holiday over new year
The owner Jean was very friendly and helpful… he helped us to find the gite and helped carry the bags in! Private parking space is very useful. Very quiet location but with excellent links from Orelle to the 3 Valleys ski area. Gite is very well appointed and everything works well! Great that there’s a fridge freezer…. Would recommend! Thank you we had a wonderful holiday…
