In the heart of rolling countryside, this country house has been renovated in line with an environmental approach that emphasizes the ecological qualities of the installations and natural materials. The lime/hemp walls and terracotta floor give the living area a pleasant country feel. The 30 m² terrace boasts an unobstructed view over the countryside, and is ideal for lunch around the plancha or relaxing in the garden furniture. Shops 8 km away (Novalaise, Pont de Beauvoisin or St Genix sur Guiers, famous for its brioche!).
Holiday cottage in a Semi-detached house with independent access (3 steps) comprising an entrance hall, a living room-kitchen with decorative wood-burning stove (not in working order), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm which can be twinned to form 1 double bed 180x200 cm), a shower room (Italian-style shower), separate WC (washbasin). 30 m² sheltered terrace.

We were vry delighted with this gite and it's owners. They know what welcoming means!
welcoming flowers, eggs, botlle of wine, a "tomme".... Superb! De gite was clean, crisp sheets and blankets on each bed. A clean bathroom, with a rainshower. One in our party is disabled and is walking with a walker, wich is no problem at all. Good equipment in the kitchen and a very fine baking tray on the balcony. And last but not least the beautiful vieuws through the large windows and from the balcony! A fat 10+!!!!- Cleanliness

Amélie Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.
Le logement est décoré avec goût aliant bois et modernité, il dispose de tout le matériel (lave vaisselle, lave linge, entrée indépendante et petit hall) et les produits du quotidien (produits d'entretien, papier WC, épicerie...).
La vue et la terrasse sont un vrai plus. En pleine nature, avec les animaux (poney, moutons, vaches, chiens, poules, canards et oies), il permet la déconnexion avec le quotidien.
La propriétaire est discrète, disponible et attentionnée ( fruits et légumes du jardin). Un grand merci pour votre accueil. C'est un très beau logement de vacances.
La région offre de belles visites (domaine des fauves à 20 minutes, grottes de saint Christophe à 40 minutes, ville de Chanaz à 40 minutes...), des baignades ( à 30 minutes piscine biologique des échelles avec vue sur les montagnes, notre coup de cœur, lac des Aiguebelette à 20min, lac du Bourget à 40min, lac de Romagnieu à 20min).
Vous êtes situés entre les montagnes de la Savoie et le département de l'Ain avec le Rhône.
Vous avez à 10 minutes la fromagerie de d'Avressieux et à 20 minutes, celle de l'Ayn (petit coup de cœur).
Il faut prévoir un parasol pour les baignades, sauf au lac de Romagnieu. Les baignades sont payantes et surveillées.
En résumé, une belle région à visiter et un logement propre, fonctionnelle, confortable (literies et canapés de qualité) et esthétique !

Trevor Excellent holiday property
We 100% recommend the property. The house is first class and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They operate a small holding with chickens, ducks, and geese, which along with the 3 sheep, the horse, and a herd of cows in a neighbouring field, are a delight to observe throughout your stay. The whole area is very peaceful and the view is very pleasant indeed. Conveniently located for visiting Aix-les-Bains, Chambery, and Lac d'Aiguebelette.
