3 Bed and breakfast rooms in the owners' house on the 1st floor of the house (accessed via a gently sloping tarmac path from the parking lot), comprising an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms including 1 for disabled guests (PMR), each with private shower room (shower and WC) and entrance hall, electric shutters and USB wall socket. Each room is equipped with a 2-person 160x200 cm bed (composed of 2 1-person 80x200 cm beds). Shared by the 3 bedrooms: living room (wood-burning stove), kitchenette (microwave oven, 2 induction hobs and fridge), terrace. First floor (access from outside): free-access Sports hall (elliptical, rowing machine, exercise bike, gym accessories). Sauna with shower (fee payable - see owners). Bike/ski room with washing machine and dryer. Private parking in front of the house.
