On the heights of Saint Jean de Maurienne, "Chez Pépé Mil" is just 150 meters from the center of the family resort of Les Bottières. A natural gateway away from the crowds and hustle and bustle, here you're guaranteed peace and quiet! Just 150 meters from the Marmottes ski lift, Les Bottières is the gateway to the Toussuire and Sybelles ski areas. The gîte is the starting point for numerous walks, snowshoe hikes and mountain bike rides .... Back to basics, in the smallest resort in the Maurienne valley!
Gite on two levels, on the first floor of a house adjoining another gite. Independent access via outside terrace. First floor: kitchen-living room opening onto a large terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower + WC), laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with private shower rooms (shower+WC), (1 double bed 160x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), WC. Private parking. Indoor heated swimming pool (7 x 3.50 x 1.50m), reserved exclusively for the gite.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par le propriétaire du gîte. Ce dernier est très confortable et bien équipé pour 8 personnes, nous étions deux familles de 4.

FRED UN VRAI PARADIS
Excellent accueil du propriétaire très arrangeant. Gîte de catégorie "haut de gamme" (piscine intérieure chauffée au top!), joliment décoré dans un style savoyard sobre, et parfaitement équipé. Environnement très calme. Belles randonnées à pratiquer au départ du village et dans cette magnifique région. Beaucoup de cols à faire avec de splendides panoramas. Séjour parfait.

Les normands Super séjour !
Comme l' année dernière, nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis et famille, la neige au rdv, pas de soucis pour la pause du midi sur les pistes ( pas besoin de réserver), avons pu aller sur l ensemble du domaine et explorer des pistes non faîtes l année dernière. Bon accueil chez Arthur sport + le magasin de la coopérative à la Toussuire .Cuisine + quantité toujours au rdv au restaurant le Grenier aux bottières ( vaut mieux réserver le soir).

Loïc Toujours au top
C'est la 2eme année que nous louons ce gite pendant la période de ski. Le gîte est agréable, propre, tres bien équipé. La piscine privée chauffée est un grand plus.
Serge est très accueillant et est très disponible.
