Village house adjoining the owners', in a hamlet near Yenne, with shops open all year round. Beautifully renovated with spacious rooms. All-inclusive amenities. Magnificent 900 m² flower-filled garden with swimming pool shared with the owners (7 m x 3.50 m x 1.60 m - unheated, access mid-June to mid-September, towels provided), various landscaped areas. Bicycles can be stored in the owner's garage.
Semi-detached house on 3 levels. Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, shower room (Italian shower and toilet). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm with en-suite shower and bath), separate WC (washbasin). 2nd floor: attic with 2 1-person 80x200 cm sofas convertible into 2 2-person 160x200 cm beds, integrated mezzanine with fixed ladder access (not suitable for Kids under 6). Communal area adjoining the Holiday cottage (unheated barn), on 2 levels with lounge area, home cinema, pool table and table soccer. Private garden furniture under an arbour on the property shared with the owners. Shared Piscine.

Natacha un gîte très confortable dans une belle région
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. Un gîte confortable, vaste, bien équipé. L'espace billard / cinéma a remporté un grand succès.
Emplacement au calme dans un hameau tout près de Yenne qui comporte tous les commerces nécessaires, à proximité de multiples sites d'intérêt à visiter.

Joanne S Lovely gite and excellent hosts
Chez Marthe is a beautifully appointed house with extensive and comfortable living space. We appreciated the games room with pool table and home cinema. The outdoor space is also very welcoming with lots of seating for al fresco dining and to enjoy the view and relax by the side of the pool. Our hosts were extremely welcoming - they contacted us in advance of our stay and were available throughout our visit to give advice if needed, whilst being respectful of our privacy. We would thoroughly recommend this gite for 4 people.

Tout a été préparé en très haut niveau et beaucoup d’attention:
le logement très propre, spacieux et renouvelé avec bcp de goût, l’accueil de Jacqueline et Bernard attentif et chaleureux, le coin cinéma superbe. On se sent comme a la maison ! Quel chaleureux message! Tous ces compliments nous vont droit au coeur, merci ! Nous avons eu un grand plaisir à vous accueillir. Vous et vos charmants enfants nous laisseront aussi de beaux souvenirs. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad, het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim & schoon. We verbleven er tijdens een hittegolf, maar door de airco merkten we daar binnen weinig van. Het zwembad zorgde ook voor fijne verkoeling. Daarnaast zijn Jacqueline en Berhard erg vriendelijke mensen!

Ce fut un vrai plaisir d' accueillir votre famille dynamique, sportive et paisible à la fois... enfin surtout bien sympathique. Nous avons pu contourner au mieux les différences de langue, ce qui a permis des échanges chaleureux. Vous avez bien profité du
