At the foot of the Col de l'Epine, between lake and mountains, we offer you this comfortable pied-à-terre with plenty of charm. Easily accessible from the A43 motorway, you'll appreciate the proximity of the lake, the facilities on offer and the sun-drenched terrace in the heart of the Savoyard foreland.
Detached house on the owners' property with independent access. On 2 levels. First floor: private terrace and parking, living room-kitchen, laundry room, wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 twin bed 140x200 cm), shower room and wc. Ski and bike room in adjoining barn.

ORG SEJOUR GITE NANCES Savoie
Séjour de 2 semaines très agréable, belle maison bien agencée et bien située. Proche du Lac d'Aiguebelette en Savoie, et du Village de Novalaise bien animé avec ses marchés du mercredi et dimanche matin (producteurs locaux fruits & légumes, marchands de vêtements, etc..). D'autre part, Ballades autour du Lac en vélo, ainsi que visites des plages autour du lac. De très bons restaurants où nous avons profité de savourer les spécialités de la région Savoyarde.
Au Gîte, on peut trouver beaucoup de documentation pour visiter ce joli coin de Savoie.- Cleanliness

Nances est un trés joli village, proche du lac d aiguebelette.

SB Séjour à NANCES
Malgré une météo maussade, nous avons passé un agréable séjour en SAVOIE, dans le gite "Chez la philo". Ce logement est vraiment très confortable. L'aménagement, les équipements, la propreté…tout est parfait. Merci pour votre accueil! Nous recommanderons vivement ce superbe lieu de vacances à nos proches et amis . Et bien sûr nous reviendrons! Did Vacances avec les petits enfants
Un accueil très agréable par les propriétaires toujours à notre service, un gîte que nous avions déjà pris en 2022 à la même époque et qui est resté comme neuf très propre et super bien équipé avec des appareils de haute gamme. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre choix à nouveau et la commune de Novalaise que l'on peux joindre à pied sans problème offre tous les commerces pour passer un agréable séjour.

Eva Sehr schönes Ferienhäuschen
Komfortables und ruhiges kleines Häuschen oberhalb des Sees. Sehr nette Vermieterin, nahegelegener Nachbarort Novalaises bietet Supermarkt, Metzger und Bäcker. Im Herbst ruhige und unaufgeregte schöne Gegend mit einer Fahrradtour in der Gegend oberhalb und am See. Im Oktober insgesamt eher sehr ruhig, auch geschlossene Cafés und Restaurants.
