Close to the resort of Les Saisies, this renovated former family farmhouse offers plenty of space for a pleasant stay. A warm, cocooning atmosphere, in summer the terrace is well exposed to the sun. In winter, cosy evenings by the fireplace make the gîte a lovely cosy nest!

Living room-kitchen. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm + 1 BZ convertible 2 persons 160x190 cm). 2 shower rooms with WC. Private terrace. Shared garden. Shared heated Piscine with free access on schedule. Private parking. Rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning: see owners directly. Notre séjour fin Juillet 2025 s'est très bien passé. L'accueil vraiment sympathique et attentif de la propriétaire. Le gîte est propre, confortable, très bien équipé dans une maison très bien située. Le Beaufortain est magnifique. Allez y découvrir aussi ses barrages!

Mamie Hauteluce
Belle escapade familiale. Propriétaire accueillante, à l'écoute, passionnée par sa région, de bons conseils pour les visites. Gite bien rénové et bien entretenu. Environnement calme et sans danger pour les enfants qui disposent d'un bel espace de jeux devant le logement. A découvrir sans réserve ! Je recommande !

Le gîte est tres bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Nous y avons séjourner avec notre fille de 3 ans, il y a même des jeux pour enfants.
La propreté est irréprochable et la propriétaire est très sympathique, toujours un mot gentil et un bon conseil pour profiter de la région qu'elle connaît très bien.
La localisation est idéale, au calme avec tous les commerces d'Hauteluce accessibles à pied.
Le gros plus : la piscine avec une vue incroyable !
Notre séjour était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Frmg Gite partagé très agréable
Gite partagé très agréable avec terrasse attenante privative. Piscine partagée, un créneau d'une heure par jour par famille. Bien équipé. Refait récemment à neuf. Jardin partagé. Stationnement privatif avec manœuvres. Très belle semaine, bel accueil.

Merci pour votre avis,vous pouvez aller plusieurs heures a la piscine par jours ,mais souvent tout le monde veut la fin d aprés midi....
Le matin de 10hoo a 15hoo il y a peut de monde ,je pense que vous avez pas compris notre fonctionnement de réservation .

Emile Great terrace, nice setting, lovely village
Very nice terrace with a view. Small, nice, pool in a very large garden. Just a few minutes walk to the bakery and grocery store in this beautiful quiet village. The apartment is not as new as on the pictures, however, all in good condition. Short and narrow double beds.

Thank you for your review. The pictures of this accommodation have been taken in 2022 when it entered Gites de France. For the double beds, it is written on the website that they are 140x190cm beds.
