Newly built, the decoration and quality of materials give it a modern, comfortable feel. All shutters are electric, and the vacuum cleaner is centralized. In addition to the garage, 4 private parking spaces are just 50 m away.

ZAF Chalet tout confort, avec vue imprenable
Très bel immeuble, richement équipé, moderne, spacieux et lumineux.
L'agréable terrasse, offre une très belle vue, mais il est difficile d'y trouver un petit coin de fraicheur en plein "cagnard". Le village tout proche permet de se passer aisément d'une voiture, et Valloire est plein de vie en saison.
Hormis un Wifi pas toujours utilisable (mais en cours d'amélioration), notre séjour était tout simplement PARFAIT!- Cleanliness

Gaya SEJOUR CHALET PANORAMIC
Le chalet est magnifique et comporte tout le confort nécessaire.La vue est splendide et la terrasse bien agréable.Très proche du centre du village.Excellent séjour.
Trois éléments devraient être améliorer mettre dans l'annonce la possibilité de louer du linge sur place , laisser un peu plus de matériel pour le ménage quitte à mettre un forfait et pas d'accès wifi ,ce qui pose un problème si on doit télétravailler, d'autant plus que la 4G n'a pas fonctionné suite à un gros orage.
Ces remarques se veulent constructives car cela n'enlève en rien la qualité du chalet et l'accueil des propriétaires .- Cleanliness
