Comfortable gîte with south-facing living room. Attractive terrace overlooking the Vanoise mountains and Courchevel resort. Warm, cosy interior with a mountain feel. Outdoor dining area with plancha. Immediate, high-quality surroundings. Quiet residential neighborhood. Year-round shops and services in Bozel 5 km away (pharmacy, doctor's surgery).
Gîte on the first floor of the owner's house. Access to the chalet by about fifteen steps. Lounge-living room-kitchen, 1 bedroom with open-plan shower room (1 double bed 140x190 cm), separate WC. Parking space in front of the owners' garage below the gîte. 1 drawer in the owner's freezer.

Le gîte correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Il est situé dans un petit village dynamique et très joli. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Les propriétaires facilitent le bon déroulement du séjour. Le lieu est magique avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes, doté d’une terrasse qui permet de profiter du paysage Très facilement

Gîte agréable et bien placé à Champagny Les propriétaires sont super-sympa et ils ont été de véritables entrepreneurs !
Les paysages de montagne et surtout de Champagny le Haut sont magnifiques , mais les pentes sont rudes....mais pas toutes heureusement !- Cleanliness
