The former Maison Caramel guest house has been converted into a Holiday cottage, 7 km from the Lonzagne to Plan Peisey cable car, which provides access to the Paradiski ski area linking the resorts of La Plagne and Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry. In summer, the Location is ideal thanks to its proximity to the Parc National de la Vanoise via the Vallon de Rosuel and the GR5 footpath which passes behind the house. Discounts are available for Ski rental in Montchavin (with heated ski room), as well as for mountain bike and electric bike rental, white-water sports, paragliding... A private garage is available for bikes and motorcycles. Enjoy a sporting or contemplative stay at altitude!

First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm, which can be made into 1 bed 160x190 cm) with en-suite shower room and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be grouped together) / (2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be grouped together + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), 4-person sauna heated from 5pm to 9pm. 2nd floor: living room, kitchen with terrace (outdoor Spa), 2 bedrooms with bathroom (shower + WC) (2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be grouped together + 1 single bed 90x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be grouped together and 1 bed 70x140 cm bunk beds with 1 bed 90x190 cm).
