Superb, charming, detached chalet located 1.8 km from the Chosal chairlift to Les Saisies or 8.5 km from Hauteluce-Val Joly to Les Contamines-Montjoie (free shuttle bus 1.8 km from chalet). Sunny, east-southwest-facing slope, quiet residential area. Beautifully decorated chalet with lots of character. Beautiful, bright living room. Vast 60 m² balcony-terrace around the chalet with magnificent views of the valley and Mont-Blanc.
Detached chalet on 3 levels. First floor: laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a wooden cot / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 single bed 80 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and corner bath, 2 basins), separate toilet with washbasin. 1st floor: living/kitchen area with polyflame fireplace, Internet connection (Wifi), 1 bedroom with TV (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm) and en-suite shower room (shower and WC), separate WC. 2nd floor: mezzanine overlooking the living room (sleeping area with 3 single beds separated by a folding screen), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 / 1 single bed 160 x 200 ), shower room (shower and WC). Total floor area: 201 m² including attic space. Balcony and balcony-terrace. Sloping ground.

Location exceptionnelle
Nous étions 12 adultes
Le chalet se situe a 1,5km du télésiège du Chozal pour acceder aux Saisies
Tout est pensé pour passer un super séjour
Rien ne manque et tout est qualitatif, de la literie a l'électroménager en passant par la vaisselle
Il ne manque absolument rien !!!
La décoration est digne de magazine de déco et que dire de la vue a couper le souffle sur le Mont Blanc
Notre seul regret est qu'il ne soit pas libre a nos dates l'année prochaine
Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir

Paulo Monteiro Uma casa grande com uma vista fantástica
Uma ótima casa grande com uma vista fantástica. Aqui passámos uma semana no final de Agosto, uma família de 9 adultos e 4 crianças, com espaço para todos. A casa está muito bem equipada - cozinha, lavandaria, casas de banho - e tem uma mesa de jantar com capacidade para 14 adultos. A casa está preparada para crianças pequenas, incluindo uma cadeira alta de bebé e uma barreira de proteção para as escadas, que nos foram fornecidas. A varanda ao nível da sala e cozinha é bastante larga e tem vistas realmente fantásticas sobre os Alpes, incluindo o Mont Blanc. Embora a casa não seja isolada, consegue manter um bom nível de privacidade relativamente às casas vizinhas. O ambiente natural é espetacular e as casas da região são normalmente bonitas, muito bem arranjadas e floridas, assim como as vilas - Hauteluce é um bom exemplo.
Durante a semana, pudemos visitar Chamonix, Annecy, Beaufort e fazer alguns trilhos junto do Lac Blanc (vistas espetaculares sobre os Alpes), Lac de Roselend, Lac de Saint-Guérin (este último muito fácil de fazer com crianças e com uma paisagem muito bonita).
A Anne recebeu-nos muito bem, tudo de acordo com o combinado, sem complicações. Aconselhamos vivamente esta Gîte.- Cleanliness

Anniet Beau séjour
Beau séjour dans ce superbe chalet confortable, bien équipé. Mais le "plus" de cette location est sans conteste la vue splendide sur le Mont Blanc et les montagnes environnantes.
Notre propriétaire s'est montrée inquiète à notre arrivée du fait de la présence de 3 chiens !
Le plus petit (un caniche) a vécu sa vie comme dans son appartement habituel, les 2 autres ont partagé le balcon (entre 2 balades) et le garage pour la nuit, avec interdiction d'entrer dans les espaces de vie. La règle a été respectée.- Cleanliness

walkers Chalet L'Escampette
The chalet was large and well equipped and had beautiful views over Mont Blanc from the balcony. The bathrooms were modern and clean. We were personally welcomed by the owner.
The location was very peaceful and had lovely views over the mountains. It was useful having a washing machine and drying area.
It would be helpful if the photos of the chalet could be labelled as when first looking on the website it was not clear which bathroom related to which bedroom.
There was an extra charge for the bedlinen and towels and for final cleaning.

For our chalet, the options are chargeable. This was the first time you used the GITES DE FRANCE website; I'm sorry you weren't aware of it when booking.
