Authentic Savoyard farmhouse built in 1821 on the famous Grandes Alpes road, between La Clusaz and Megève, in the heart of the Aravis massif, on the south side of the Col des Aravis. Ideal for a skiing, biking or hiking holiday in the heart of the wide open spaces between mountain pastures and forests, with family or friends! Whatever the season, for long weekends or vacations, experience unforgettable, authentic moments. Access to several massifs, ski areas and territories (Val d'Arly, Aravis, Mont-Blanc, Beaufortain). Shops and restaurants 500m from the Chalet.

This old farmhouse, renovated in a warm, mountain style, is located in a residential area overlooking the village. Enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains from the terrace. From the chalet, numerous signposted walks start out through the vast alpine pastures. Follow the trails to discover the mountain flora and fauna, and enjoy the panoramic views! In winter, the Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area is only 3 km away by car, and the free ski bus stops less than 50 m from the chalet. The ski area offers 100 km of runs between La Giettaz, Megève, Combloux and Cordon. Numerous itineraries are available for ski touring and snowshoeing.

2 adjoining gîtes on 1st floor (could be twinned) in the owners' house. On 1st floor (independent access): living room-kitchen (pull-out sofa sleeps 2, 80x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 80x200 cm), bathroom (bath), separate WC, private terrace (20m²) and shared grounds with ping-pong table, darts board and basketball hoop. Shared laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heated ski room and bike room (capacity 6 bikes) shared by the 2 gites. Courtyard and parking (for 1 car).
