Its location, halfway between the beaches of Lake Bourget (35 km) and those of Lake Annecy (40 km), allows guests to enjoy a variety of activities, from water sports to the great outdoors in the mountains. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the proximity of three family-friendly resorts: Les Aillons-Margeriaz (22 kilometers away), Savoie Grand Revard (26 kilometers away), and Le Semnoz (30 kilometers away). As soon as the weather warms up, the Lescheraines Lake, located 6 kilometers away, becomes the perfect spot for swimming. The immediate surroundings also offer numerous marked trails for hiking and biking. For your convenience, the village of Le Châtelard is just 200 meters away and offers access to all the necessary shops and services.

Built entirely by the owner himself, this functional retreat is perfect for 2 people (and can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to the sleeping area in the living room). You’ll enjoy a pleasant south-facing terrace, ideal for relaxing.

Open-concept kitchen and living area with a 140x190cm sofa bed, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), and toilet. 1 parking space right next to the Chalet and private visitor parking at the campsite. Shared barbecue, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and shared kids’ play area at the campsite. Access to a washing machine and dryer is available for an additional fee (€3 per load).
