A self-catering group gite for a week or short break with family or friends in the heart of the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. 4 km from the Flumet Espace Diamant ski area (192 km of downhill skiing and 123 km of cross-country skiing, spread over 6 different villages). Free summer and winter shuttle bus 50 m from the gite. Numerous hiking trails and mountain passes for cyclists (Col des Aravis or Les Saisies).

At the entrance to the village of St Nicolas La Chapelle, former vacation camp fully renovated and converted into a self-catering Group holiday cottages (no catering available - night watchman on site in the cottage, in a private room, from 8pm to 8am). Disabled access to Holiday cottage via external elevator from parking lot. Free shuttle service in summer and winter. Local shops in Flumet 2 km away. Gas station 500 m away. Public recharging points for electric vehicles in Praz sur Arly 7 km or Crest-Voland 10 km away.

Group gite on 4 levels with 2 possible entrances, one of which is via a 1-level external elevator from the parking lot (for people with reduced mobility). First floor: a large entrance hall (internal elevator for crockery and dishes), a professional kitchen, a laundry room and storage rooms (2 freezers), a shower room with WC. 1st floor (or level from the parking lot): a large Gllum is cool dining room (129 m²), a PMR bedroom (1 retractable bed 140x190 cm) with private shower and WC. 2nd floor: a sanitary block (3 showers), a block of 3 separate WCs, a small TV room, 8 bedrooms including 3 with built-in mezzanines.
