Single-level gite on raised first floor (independent PMR access via ramp or independent access via 8 outside steps): entrance hall, living room-kitchen-lounge, MP3/USB Bluetooth docking station-CD player, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single trundle beds 80x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm), a shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility, a bathroom (bathtub), 2nd separate toilet with washbasin. Centralized vacuuming. Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Private parking (2 cars). Bikes and skis can be stored in the owner's garage. Balcony and terrace.
