Pretty village house with south/south-east exposure, 3km from the Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Monjoie ski area and 2km from the link to Les Saisies. In an unspoilt setting of meadows with beautiful, unobstructed views over the massif and the valley. Comfortable gîte with plenty of floor space and plenty of natural light.

Gîte located in the owner's house. Raised first floor with independent access. Ground floor: living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (bath) with integrated WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds / 4 single bunk beds). Shower room (shower cubicle 70 x 70 cm) with integrated WC. Balcony. Private terrace in front of the gîte. Parking available in front of the house + public parking nearby.
