On the edge of the protected hamlet of Le Miroir, just a few kilometers from the major ski resorts, this chalet is a soothing place to relax. In the living room, light floods in through the bay windows, and the terrace facing Mont-Pourri is an invitation to sunbathe.

Every hidden nook and cranny has been cleverly exploited in the attic space. The use of old farmhouse beams and planks gives this chalet an undeniable cachet. Public parking is available in front of the chalet, but private parking is available at the entrance to the road, 50 m away. In winter, a free shuttle bus takes you to the Ste Foy-Tarentaise ski resort.

Detached chalet on 3 levels. 1st floor (ground-level access, as the house is on a slope): living room/kitchen/lounge area, mezzanine overlooking the living room, including a sitting room with TV and Bluetooth sound bar, a "cabane" bedroom opening onto the living room only (2 single beds), a shower room and separate toilet (washbasin). First floor: 3 bedrooms opening onto a terrace (2 beds 90 x 200 cm which can be twinned into 1 double bed 180 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (Italian shower, bath and WC). Total floor area: 113 m² including attic space. Balcony-terrace. Small flat area of natural grass.
