Alpine chalet in the heart of the countryside, accessible in summer by car via a 500 m carriage road. In winter, access on foot from the parking lot or with an equipped 4x4. In the event of snowfall, access is cleared at least once a day. Alpine chalet dating from 1876, fully renovated by the owners in mountain style. Bisanne 1500-Les Saisies / Espace Diamant ski area. Chalet with owners' apartment upstairs (occasionally occupied on weekends or short breaks). First floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, laundry room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 twin bed / 2 single bunk beds). Shower room (corner whirlpool shower with jets) and WC. Furnished terrace and vast natural grounds. 5-seater outdoor spa. Sheets included in winter and beds made up (for summer rental, see terms and conditions with the owner). In winter: car parking by the local road, 500-meter walk (or sled) to the top (road gradient 10%, approx. 15-minute walk), luggage and supplies transported by snowcat by the owner, ski lifts 500 m from parking. Ski storage available 50 m from the gondola. Summer: driveway and parking lot at the foot of the chalet. Shops at Bisanne 1500 less than 1km away.
