The Chalet Au Doubs Gérats is located on the heights of Arêches, in the hamlet of Gérats, in a soothing setting of meadows and forests, between mountain pastures and hamlets with typical houses. An authentic, unspoilt village resort in the heart of the Beaufortain massif, Arêches is just 20 km from Les Saisies, the famous Nordic Olympic venue with its vast ski area (Espace Diamant), and other ski areas such as Hauteluce Val Joly Contamines Monjoie.signposted alpine trails for mountain bikers and cyclists, with the famous Cormet de Roselend between Beaufortain and Tarentaise and the Col du Joly between Savoie and Haute-Savoie just a few pedal strokes away. You'll also discover a rich religious heritage, including the famous Chemin du Baroque. Families and groups of friends can enjoy a wide range of activities nearby.

Au Doubs Gérats is a Chalet combining Alpine tradition and contemporary materials, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its open-plan living room overlooks the valley and the Beaufortain massif, with direct access to the landscaped grounds and the pétanque court. Sleeping accommodation is divided between 4 spacious bedrooms, one of which offers a small sitting area in addition to the living room, where it's a pleasure to gather around the wood-burning stove. Surrounded by the Forest and bordered by a small stream, the Chalet offers excellent amenities. During the winter school vacations, a shuttle bus is available 1.3 km from the Chalet.

First floor: entrance, garage (48 m2), ski and equipment room. 1st floor: living room with access to terrace, balcony and outside area (pétanque court), kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm with TV), bathroom (shower), wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm with separate wc) + 1 bedroom with private bathroom (bath + wc) (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm). 4 parking spaces in private courtyard.
