House located in a hamlet, 800 m from the beach of Lac d'Aiguebelette with footpaths starting from the gite. Beautiful countryside setting with cycling and hiking routes in the Chaine de l'Epine. Regular bus services from Chambéry. Comfortable gite with good amenities. Pleasant flower garden. An ideal destination between lake and mountains!
Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house. Independent outside access from private parking lot, equipped for PMR (persons with reduced mobility). Living room/kitchen/lounge area (BZ sofa bed for 2), open-plan bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm) electrically adjustable in height. Bathroom (Italian shower with WC). Electric shutters. Shared washing machine in owner's garage. Garden in fenced property with private landscaped area. Bicycles can be stored in the owners' garage. Tourism and Handicap label (auditory, mental and motor)

Cannelle Appartement tout confort à 800m du lac
Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il ne manque rien et tout le nécessaire est fourni.
Très bonne situation, on peut rejoindre le lac à pieds avec l'office de tourisme et un bon restaurant au bord de l'eau et la location de kayak et des départs de randonnées ! Tout commerces à 2km avec de bons produits locaux. Mais le supermarché Spar est assez cher.- Cleanliness

Titi Séjour à Nances
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et au calme dans un gîte bien aménagé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons bien apprécié le petit jardin. La propriétaire est agréable et très attentionnée avec ses locataires.
