Welcome to Villa Ambre, a beautiful detached house with private heated swimming pool, tastefully renovated by owners Adeline and Benoît to offer you an unforgettable stay in the Beaujolais region.
Located just a few minutes from l'Arbresle and half an hour from Lyon, it benefits from quick access to the nearby RN7.
This spacious villa combines modern comforts, top-of-the-range facilities and relaxation areas, including an indoor play area for the little ones and a dedicated gaming room with billiards, table soccer and darts.

Arranged over 3 levels, perfect for hosting family gatherings or get-togethers with friends, the first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious, convivial living room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 very nice bedroom for 2 people (1 double bed or 2 single beds) with TV and direct access to the terrace and Piscine, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a cosy living room with reading area and TV, 4 personalized bedrooms (two with double or 2 single beds, one with a double bed and one with a single bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a gaming area for Kids.
Upstairs: the Tower family room sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed).
Outside: vast enclosed grounds with courtyard at the front of the house and garden, private 8 x 5 m Piscine, terraces (part covered), garden and relaxation furniture, deckchairs, plancha, trampoline, boules set.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels (bath towels, swimming pool towels) and household linen are included, as well as a cleaning service.
