Large contemporary house (7 bedrooms), completely independent, located 15 km west of Lyon.
It features 4500 m2 of landscaped grounds, a private pool and several terraces.
First floor (1 step for access): very large, characterful living room (relaxation area, large lounge opening onto terrace, dining area), kitchen opening onto living room (access to terrace via a few steps). Utility room. Separate toilet. Games room (table soccer, board games, exercise bike) leading to 2 double bedrooms, each with 1 x 160 cm bed (one with private bathroom including WC, the other with private shower room including WC). 1 children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which are bunk beds) and private bathroom (shower and sink).
Raised first floor: 4 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 140 cm bed in each, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 with private toilet (shower, washbasin). Shower room. Separate toilet.
Cot and high chair available on request. Bed linen, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in rental rates.
Internet access via portable box.
Outside: several terraces (one covered by an awning), summer kitchen, charcoal barbecue and gas plancha, swimming pool (7m x 5m, depth 1.20 m) open from May 1 to September 30, with solarium and sun loungers. Superb wooded (fig, olive...) and enclosed park with children's play area (stilt hut, low hut, soccer cages, slide). Parking on the property.
Plateau d'Yzeron (and its many leisure activities) 9.4 km away. Courzieu wildlife park 10.2 km away. Tour de Salvagny golf course, 11.7 km.

Un formidable séjour
5/5Nous avons passé notre séjour avec trois familles (15 en total). Tout confort présent, piscine sécurisé et ensoleillé, grand jardin avec terrasse ombragé et petit coin avec toboggan/maisonette enfants. Rue très tranquille donnant sur un chemin cycliste/piéton et accès au rivière avec nouvel pont.

Très bon séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amies, tout est prévu pour un large groupe (nous étions 14) et assez grand pour que chacun soit confortable, à la fois dans les chambres et dans les espaces communs. Il y a également tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner (ustensiles, cafetière, bouilloire, robot/blender, deux frigos, deux fours...). L'extérieur est aussi top, surtout le coin piscine ;) Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons !

Trés beau gite, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'exterieu
5/5Le gite est spacieux, accueillant et bien équipé. Sa décoration est très chouette, et le terrain ainsi que la piscine sont parfaits.. Propre, bien arrangé, tout est fait avec gout.
Et l'accueil est chaleureux et efficace.Un lieu ou nous retournerons avec plaisir pour des moments en famille
