At the gateway to the Loire and Saône-et-Loire departments, this stone house, typical of the region, is located in a very small hamlet of 4 houses, 1.5 km from the village. The owners, Céline and Damien, live on site in a Semi-detached house (separated by a gate).

This Holiday cottage has been tastefully decorated with antique furniture and antiques. It will delight young and old alike with its many features: a covered carport, a large enclosed garage with ping-pong table, table soccer, darts and many board games for young and old, a small river in the immediate vicinity...

Raised first floor (4 external steps): entrance via terrace into living room, separate kitchen (dining area), shower room, separate toilet.
First floor: hall with small relaxation area, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), (1 bedroom with 1 120 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed). Baby bed on request (Umbrella bed). Bathroom (washbasin). Separate toilet.
Lower floor: equipment room (access via stairs from kitchen), gaming room/garage.
To enable you to make the most of your stay at no extra cost, the rental price includes electricity and heating, as well as bed linen, towels and household linen.

Outside: terrace with garden furniture, 2 parasols, 2 deckchairs, barbecue (charcoal), private unfenced garden, covered parking lot. Access to small river and private pond 200 m away (possibility of fishing for gudgeons, rotengles and fario trout).
