Accessed via a completely separate entrance at the back of the house (spiral staircase), the Holiday cottage offers privacy and tranquility, while benefiting from a privileged location. Just 13 km from Eurexpo and 19 km from Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport, it's the ideal location for business trips, trade shows, conferences or a comfortable stopover just outside Lyon.

The first floor features a pleasant, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, sofa and extra bed for 1 person.
A small hallway leads to a double bedroom with 2 single beds, an office for Telework, and a bathroom with toilet.

The apartment is equipped with central heating and reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort in all seasons.
Outside, you'll enjoy a small balcony and a wooded terrace overlooking a meadow. Deckchairs are available for relaxing in the peace and quiet. Two parking spaces are provided (at the top of the property or at the bottom, in front of the garage), for easy arrival.
